Why are you the best people to run this venture? Why will you guys succeed?
How committed are you as founders? Who will work full-time, part-time, etc?
Is the CTO a founding member? Are they part of the operational development team today, full-time? (If you're a Tech-company)
How much of the equity do the founders own today?
Is there an Advisory Board? Who is on it, and why?
What does the need for skills look like? What recruitments do you see that you need to do in the next 12-24 months?

What's the Problem in the Market that you're solving?
What "Pains" are your customers experiencing today, and how is your service/product providing them a "Gain"?
What challenges do potential B2B partners/customers have for which you have the solution/s?
What challenges do potential B2C users have that you have the solution/s for?
What makes your product unique?
What differentiates you from other similar products/solutions on the market? Is there something you can do that they can't - and vice versa?
Does the "tech"/product/innovation mean you have a strong "MOAT"?
Have you protected your Intellectual Property (IP)? (Any patents?)
What technology (tech stack) have you built your current platform/service/product on? And why did you choose that structure?
Is the product launched? Can I test it or view it/demo it somewhere?
